I, the undersigned RideShare participant, accept full and personal responsibility for any ride I may provide or accept through this program.  I fully understand that RideShare participants are not prescreened by any agency; therefore, all RideShare participants should exercise caution and discretion before accepting or offering rides and generally take whatever steps they deem necessary to ensure their personal safety.  The sponsors and/or hosts of this service offer the RideShare service strictly for the benefit of the RideShare participants, and not for any profit or gain, and accept no responsibility for the actions of any participants in the RideShare program.

I understand the above statement and accept full personal responsibility for my participation in the KDUR RideShare program.  By checking the box below and submitting this document, I agree to hold harmless Fort Lewis College, KDUR, and all sponsors and hosts of the RideShare program for any damage or loss resulting from or claims arising out of my participation in the RideShare program.
