Lodging rates are subject to 9.9% tax, unless a sales tax exempt certificate is provided to the Student Housing and Conference Services Office.
Meals & Catering
Dining Services can provide all-you-care-to-eat meals for your group in the San Juan dining room centrally located in the Student Union Building. Rates below are for Summer 2013.

Set Up Fees
A one time non-refundable set-up fee of up to $5.00 per person will be charged, depending on the level of services needed. This fee is in addition to all other charges and is not applied to the final invoice.
Some of these services include:
- accepting program reservations and arranging for set-up of facilities
- making on-campus housing reservations
- making arrangements for meals or meeting rooms
- AV equipment
- check-in/out services
